About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role will involve assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients, portion dishes, and maintain food quality.

- Manage stock levels and place orders when necessary.
- Contribute to the development and execution of menu items.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles.
- Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and follow instructions.
