Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the EYFS team, establish clear expectations, and contribute to team success.
- Create and develop activities to meet children’s diverse needs.
- Develop best practice in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Ensure good progress in all areas of the EYFS.
- Play a positive role in setting activities (e.g., events, visits).
- Communicate effectively with parents and ensure understanding of setting policies.
- Ensure smooth transitions for children to their next setting or school.
- Promote equal opportunities for all pupils.
