About the Role:

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust seeks a dedicated and organized Apprenticeship Administrator to join their Widening Participation team. This full-time role focuses on coordinating apprenticeships, work experience, and educational engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate apprenticeships and work experience programs.
  • Support educational engagement and employability schemes.
  • Develop and manage functional skills and career development.
  • Provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team.
  • Enroll staff on training programs and manage databases.
  • Coordinate work experience opportunities, including summer schools.
  • Support workforce upskilling initiatives and apprenticeship promotion.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and databases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Enrolled in a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship.
  • Achieved (or predicted to achieve) GCSE Grade C, equivalent or above, in English and Maths.
