About the Role:
Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust seeks a dedicated and organized Apprenticeship Administrator to join their Widening Participation team. This full-time role focuses on coordinating apprenticeships, work experience, and educational engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate apprenticeships and work experience programs.
- Support educational engagement and employability schemes.
- Develop and manage functional skills and career development.
- Provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team.
- Enroll staff on training programs and manage databases.
- Coordinate work experience opportunities, including summer schools.
- Support workforce upskilling initiatives and apprenticeship promotion.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and databases.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Enrolled in a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship.
- Achieved (or predicted to achieve) GCSE Grade C, equivalent or above, in English and Maths.
