About the Role:
Become a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the dynamic London Primary Team at Step Teachers, a leading education recruitment agency. Lead your desk with a focus on achieving high performance and maximizing recruitment success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a desk of 50+ days per week.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for permanent and temporary teachers and support staff.
- Achieve On-Target Earnings (OTE) of 60,000+ through performance-based incentives and commission.
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and clients.
- Lead and/or support the team through the September Long Term Drive.
- Work within a structured schedule from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm during term time and 8:30 am to 3:00 pm during non-term time.
- Transition to a 4-day-per-week remote working option after probation and target achievement.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales.
- Management experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to meet aggressive targets.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of education recruitment.
- Confidence to lead and motivate a team.
