About the Role:
This apprenticeship opportunity offers a unique chance to develop your IT project engineering skills. You will gain practical experience in building, commissioning, and upgrading NEC Software Solutions communication and CAD products within customer environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, commission, and upgrade NEC Software Solutions communication and CAD products.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software faults in product solutions.
- Create, review, and update NEC Engineering documentation (workplans, work instructions, technical guides).
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities and gather information.
- Provide technical and non-technical customer support.
- Work both independently and collaboratively on projects.
- Adhere to NEC Software Solutions processes and procedures.
- Meet deadlines and report any difficulties.
- Maintain a professional attitude and a clean work environment.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety practices, rules, and regulations.
