About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join a leading dialysis clinic in Farnborough, Hampshire. This role offers an excellent chance to provide exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized care, promoting patient-focused care.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Provide safe haemodialysis treatment adhering to patient prescriptions.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and external organisations.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, users, and providers.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies, assisting in their implementation and review.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills to enhance patient care.
- Contribute to evidence-based practice and evaluation to improve patient care.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Experience in renal nursing (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of current nursing issues
- Adaptability to changing work situations
- Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, outgoing, and flexible
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 30,000 – 35,000 per annum (DOE)
- 35 days paid leave, including bank holidays
- Flexible timings and contracts
