About the Role:
TeacherActive is seeking a driven and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Central Nottingham. This short-term position, with the potential for long-term employment, is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with children with special educational needs and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience working with children with complex needs
- Supporting primary-aged children in the classroom
- Developing lesson plans and activities
- Implementing and monitoring student progress
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members
Skills and Expertise:
- Level 3 certificate in childcare or Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with children with complex needs
- Primary teaching experience in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and understanding when working with diverse learners
