About the Role:
Become a Duty Manager at Heron Foods, a key role in driving operational excellence within our 340+ stores. Lead a team to ensure smooth store operations, delivering high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable store environment.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective performance and efficiency management.
- Act as keyholder and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, including store openings and closures.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven success as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a passion for customer service.
- Proactive and energetic approach to managing dynamic retail environments.
