About the Role:
Become a Sales Executive at a leading publishing company, combining print and digital media expertise. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential or existing customers to introduce products/services.
- Answer customer queries and provide company information.
- Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
- Update and maintain customer records in the database.
- Process orders accurately and ensure follow-up for future sales.
- Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service (preferred, but not essential).
- Knowledge of CRM systems and telephone tools.
- Ability to quickly learn about products/services and communicate them effectively.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle rejection.
