About the Role:
Support the Director in implementing management policies, planning office schedules, and assigning geographical service tasks. Assist in document preparation and reporting on service delivery, and manage record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in implementing management policies.
- Plan work schedules for office staff.
- Assign geographical tasks for service tasks.
- Delegate responsibilities and liaise with appropriate teams.
- Support preparation of documents and reports on services delivered.
- Lead and assist with collection, booking, and record maintenance.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and systems (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary: 31,000 – 39,000 per annum (depending on experience)
