About the Role:
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking General Operatives to join a busy site in Loughborough. This role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and sorting materials
- Loading and operating machinery
- Heavy lifting
- Operating FLTs (after training)
Skills and Expertise:
- Reliable and punctual
- Desire for long-term opportunity
- Previous manufacturing or FLT experience desirable, but not essential
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Monday to Thursday work
- Rotating shifts: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
- 11.44 per hour
- Weekly pay
