About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join a leading dialysis clinic in Mold, North Wales. The role involves delivering high-quality haemodialysis treatments, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized haemodialysis care, promoting patient-focused care.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Provide safe haemodialysis treatment according to patient prescriptions.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and external organizations.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, users, and providers.
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge for high-standard patient care.
- Apply evidence-based practices to improve and develop patient care.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC Pin
- Experience in renal nursing (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of current nursing issues.
- Adaptability to changing work situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 30,000 – 35,000 per annum (DOE)
- 35 days paid leave, including bank holidays
