About the Role:
A fantastic Sales & Events Coordinator position is available at a luxury hotel and spa in Wolverhampton. You’ll be the key contact for event inquiries, converting them into bookings and ensuring exceptional event delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound event sales enquiries.
- Convert sales enquiries into bookings.
- Plan and coordinate events with the operational team.
- Ensure excellent event experiences on the day.
- Undertake proactive sales tasks.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience with events (planning or sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in event management software (if any).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary: 26,000 – 29,000 (negotiable).
- Monday-Friday office hours, rotating Saturday shifts.
- Flexible shift times (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm).
- Full-time permanent position (37.5 hours per week).
