About the Role:
Jubilee, a well-known group of boutique country house hotels, seeks a passionate Chef de Partie to lead one of four kitchen sections. This role requires a strong commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients and crafting unforgettable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage one of four kitchen sections, with flexibility to support other areas.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients.
- Train and inspire new chefs within the award-winning apprenticeship program.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef.
- Enthusiasm for seasonal cooking and local ingredients.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
