Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sous and Head Chef in running the kitchen operations.
  • Help create new menu items and contribute to the kitchen’s creative direction.
  • Handle health and safety procedures within the kitchen environment.
  • Assist with ordering and managing kitchen rotas.
  • Lead and mentor junior chefs.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen.
  • Passion for seasonal cooking and local ingredients.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety procedures in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Desire to grow, learn, and inspire others.

Job Facilities/Benefits:
