About the Role:
Join a fast-paced Glasgow team as a skilled Bookkeeper. This pivotal role focuses on financial management and ensuring regulatory compliance. Oversee team members and contribute to improved efficiency and insightful financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain customer/supplier relationships.
- Process payroll, calculate deductions, and ensure tax compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and support audits.
- Utilize SAGE and Excel to streamline processes and generate insightful data.
Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in SAGE and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Confident and proactive individual ready to drive change.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
