About the Role:
Service care Solution is seeking an Early Support Practitioner in Harrow to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality support services to children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion service areas, acting as a role model for peers, and providing high-quality, evidence-based support.
- Collaborate with centre staff and the Youth Offending Team to deliver integrated care, health, and education activities, parenting programmes, and targeted interventions for positive outcomes.
- Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to other Early Support Practitioners.
- Plan, oversee, and lead high-quality evidence-based care sessions across various age groups (9-19/25).
- Support the development and implementation of the Early Support activity plan across service sites.
Skills and Expertise:
- Level 3 or above Early years care and education vocational qualification with commitment to further study.
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Enhanced DBS check
- Experience with Youth Work (Level 2/3 certificate preferred)
