About the Role:

We are seeking a temporary Facilities Administrator to join our Bradford team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office environment, ensuring it meets the needs of all colleagues.
  • Coordinate office supplies ordering and stock maintenance.
  • Process and distribute mail effectively.
  • Log maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring appropriate equipment is available.
  • Process purchase orders adhering to financial procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the health and safety team, including monitoring training records and accident databases.
  • Act as a Fire Warden and First Aid representative.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in order and invoice processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Positive customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
