About the Role:
Care Outlook is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead and develop our home care services in the Hillingdon branch. This role requires overseeing quality control, supporting care workers, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spot checking carers, identifying best practices and training needs.
- Maintaining high standards of care.
- Participating in the paid on-call rota.
- Completing care assessments and creating care plans.
- Building relationships with care staff and service users.
- Supporting the registered manager with inspections.
- Assisting the care coordinator with required tasks.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Field Care Supervisor or 2+ years in Health & Social Care.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility to cover on-call.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary: 23,000 – 25,000 per annum
