About the Role:
Are you a Level 3 Spa Therapist passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences? This role offers a clear development pathway and opportunities to excel within a luxurious spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create relaxing experiences for hotel guests and spa break attendees.
- Deliver a variety of spa treatments using expert knowledge.
- Advise guests on suitable spa products.
- Upsell and book additional treatments for guests.
- Sell products from the spa retail offer.
- Attend regular training with Elemis Ambassadors.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
- Previous Spa Therapist experience (desirable, not essential).
- Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails (bonus).
