About the Role:

Our Spa is seeking a dynamic Spa Manager to lead and motivate a team, ensuring the highest standards of service and facility maintenance within the leisure facilities. This key role is responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment for our members and guests while maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent condition of gym, studio, and pool areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team to foster a positive and safe environment for members and guests.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to support spa treatments and membership programs.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to integrate spa operations.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop strategies to maximize spa area sales through innovation and new initiatives.
  • Track class attendance, review and adjust schedules to meet client needs, and introduce new classes.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in a similar spa management role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and guests.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
  • High standards and customer-focus.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize various responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience with health and safety protocols.
