About the Role:
Logistics People are seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV driver to work on an ad hoc basis at their Newton Abbot depot. The role involves completing deliveries and collections, and various start times are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete deliveries and collections.
- Adhere to Driver’s hours and WTD legislation.
- Carry out necessary vehicle checks and report defects.
- Comply with on-site health and safety requirements.
Skills and Expertise:
- HGV 1/C+E Licence for a minimum of 1 year.
- No more than 6 points and no DD/DR Code convictions.
- Current valid DCPC & Tacho cards.
- Excellent communication skills.
