About the Role:
Logistics People are seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV driver to work on an ad-hoc basis at our Cannock depot. This position involves completing deliveries and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete deliveries and collections.
- Adhere to driver hours and WTD legislation.
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report defects.
- Comply with on-site health and safety requirements.
Skills and Expertise:
- HGV 1/C+E Licence (minimum 6 months experience).
- Valid DCPC & Tacho cards.
- No more than 6 points/no DD/DR code convictions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
