About the Role:
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll provide quality care and support to residents, assisting with daily living and fostering companionship. This fulfilling role offers varied and rewarding tasks, ensuring each resident’s needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (e.g., eating, personal care).

Skills and Expertise:
- Experience caring for older people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant care procedures and regulations (desirable).
