About the Role:
At Caff Nero, we are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to lead and support their team in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of coffee and food quality within the store. This role requires someone enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the store team, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with customers.
- Maintain high standards of coffee and food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales.
- Complete shift paperwork accurately and on time.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader (preferred, but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
