About the Role:

Become a valued Administrator at Bromley Road Hospital in Catford, supporting our team in delivering exceptional care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service administration, including new starter paperwork, training organization, and leave management.
  • Liaise with new staff, verifying compliance documents (DBS checks, identification, references, Right-To-Work).
  • Maintain office efficiency, ensuring files are organized, post is processed, phones are answered promptly, and spreadsheets are up-to-date.
  • Manage staff absences, maintain personnel files, and produce audits.
  • Manage staff payroll, cost reports, and liaise with head office/payroll.
  • Create and update HR paper files.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage petty cash, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Handle access to records requests.
  • Cover reception and other department colleagues as needed.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Secretarial and/or HR Administration experience
  • ECDL, RSA II, Typing/Word Processing or equivalent
  • 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
  • Experience of minute taking and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of systems supporting HR and Finance Departments.
  • Confidentiality and security awareness.

Job Facilities/Benefits:
