About the Role:

Kingairloch Coastal Highland Estate seeks a dedicated seasonal chef (or couple) to join our team from April to September 2025, at The Boathouse Restaurant. This exciting role allows the chef to create innovative dishes using locally sourced, sustainable produce. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a stunning location in the West Highlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals utilizing locally sourced ingredients.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
