  • Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques, including smoking and curing.
