NewsTeam Group is seeking a dependable Newspaper Delivery Driver in Nottingham. This part-time, self-employed position is ideal for those seeking extra income with flexible hours. You will deliver newspapers, magazines, and other items to households on a designated route.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver newspapers, magazines, and other household items to designated addresses on a pre-determined route.
- Operate a personal vehicle (car or van) to carry out deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain punctuality.
- Interact with customers professionally and maintain excellent customer service.
- Operate a smartphone for route planning, delivery updates, or customer communications.
Skills and Expertise:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work early mornings, 7 days a week.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Ownership of a vehicle (car or small van).
- Smartphone ownership (android or iPhone).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Guaranteed minimum weekly pay of 280 (including training period).
- One-time bonus of 250 upon starting the full delivery round.
