About the Role:
Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Merseyside. This role involves facilitating the daily needs of residents, conducting supervisions, contributing to care planning, and coaching support staff, with a focus on maintaining the dignity and independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the daily needs of residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals of support workers.
- Contribute to care planning and support worker coaching.
- Maintain high standards of care, respecting the dignity and independence of each resident.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in a senior care role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
