About the Role:
BaxterStorey is seeking a passionate and efficient Front of House Catering Assistant to join our team in Didsbury, Greater Manchester. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations within our hospitality establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure guests needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests needs throughout their experience.
- Answer questions and address any concerns or issues in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive and inclusive environment.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and food service guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Skills and Expertise:
- Passion for food and/or customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Adaptability and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the food service industry.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
