About the Role:
Contribute to impactful water infrastructure projects as a Civil Engineer Project Leader in the Thames Valley region. This role combines project management and design engineering expertise to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of treatment or infrastructure projects from initial outline to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate project teams including civil, electrical, mechanical, process designers, BIM modelers, and technical specialists, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Undertake design within your own discipline and mentor less experienced colleagues.
- Build positive relationships with clients, and promote a collaborative approach with project, operational, and technical assurance teams.
Skills and Expertise:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Working towards professional qualification
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in relevant design software (specifics would be beneficial)
- Experience in water infrastructure projects (advantageous)
