About the Role:
Join a people and technology-driven business as an Inbound Customer Service Representative in Glasgow. You will handle customer calls regarding life assurance, savings, investments, and pensions, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Experience in contact centres, retail, hospitality, or travel is welcome, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.
- Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, and supporting families during bereavements.
- Provide outstanding customer service, remaining calm under pressure, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Simplify complex financial matters for customers.
- Maintain detailed customer records and logs.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using multiple IT applications and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Empathy and respect for customers.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
