About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries and ensuring exceptional service within the Life and Pension sector. This hybrid remote position offers the chance for internal progression and development within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workload efficiently, handling tasks from contact centres and postal mail.
- Handle diverse queries related to Life and Pension products, encompassing general inquiries and complex cases.
- Prepare and send tailored responses to customers, including drafting bespoke letters.
- Conduct outbound calling as needed to address customer needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in an office-based customer service role, excelling in correspondence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at handling customer queries.
- Proficient in basic office skills and IT.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and punctuality.
- Comfortable communicating with individuals over the phone.
