About the Role:
This fixed-term contract (1 year) Customer Coordinator role in Kilsyth offers a great opportunity for career progression within a successful hiring company. This position provides a balance of work and life and aims to deliver exceptional customer service and support order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level customer service.
- Process hire orders (on/off).
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Be a key contact for client hiring needs.
- Arrange equipment bookings for various sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and team members.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience as a Customer Coordinator, Hire Controller, or similar.
- Experience in a construction or hire/rental environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
