About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Factory Cleaner to maintain a clean and safe environment in our Devon factory. This role ensures the hygiene and safety of all communal areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including cleaning factory floors, toilets, and emptying bins.
- Clean floors using dust mopping, damp mopping, and sweeping techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness around the internal and external site.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all communal areas.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in cleaning and hygiene practices.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 13.50 per hour (basic rate) / 20.25 per hour (overtime)
- Monday-Thursday 06.00-16.00 or Tuesday-Friday 09.00-19.00 shift options.
- 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata).
