Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employment law issues across a range of sectors.
- Assist with employment tribunals and other legal proceedings.
- Prepare settlement agreements and bespoke advice.
- Support with redundancies, grievances, disciplinary actions, and TUPE transfers.
- Develop and present training materials for HR professionals.
- Build strong client relationships.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in employment law.
- Excellent knowledge of employment tribunal procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
