About the Role:
Our client, a global insurance law firm, seeks a highly skilled Complex Property Lawyer to join their team. This role focuses on high-value and challenging property insurance claims, primarily from a home-working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle subrogated recovery claims.
- Manage defendant public liability property damage claims.
- Provide policy coverage advice and resolve disputes.
- Address disputes arising from fires, floods, storms, water/oil escapes, explosions, and impact damage.
Skills and Expertise:
- Qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive.
- Minimum six months’ experience in property insurance.
- Strong technical legal skills and analytical abilities.
- Excellent client communication and professional skills.
