About the Role:
Hays is seeking 2 flexible, ad-hoc Cover Supervisors for partnership secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent. This role focuses on managing classrooms while students complete pre-assigned work during staff absences. No planning, preparation, or marking is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pupils in classrooms.
- Ensure students remain on task with set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience working with children or young adults.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to maintain order and focus in a classroom setting.
