About the Role:
Hays Health & Safety is seeking a passionate EHS & OH Advisor for a large biopharmaceutical company in North Wales. This role is vital for maintaining the health and safety of the site, supporting significant investment and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Health & Safety advice to site teams and key stakeholders.
- Participate in EHS audits and inspections.
- Maintain & improve EHS Management systems.
- Regularly review Risk Assessments.
- Devise and deliver training programmes.
- Carry out toolbox talks.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in an EHS Advisory capacity.
- NEBOSH General certificate.
- Background in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or laboratory environments.
- Experience with employee engagement and coaching.
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
- Ability to project Health & Safety standards.
- Prioritising workloads.
- Sound knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
