About the Role:
This essential role within a fast-paced Hertfordshire warehouse focuses on the timely delivery of products to UK customers. You will play a critical part in our efficient logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology.
- Checking product quality, shelf life, and packaging integrity.
- Methodical assembly and stacking of products to high standards.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve operational KPIs.
- Adhering to Food Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
- Following Health and Safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean working environment.
- Cooperating with other departments for maximum efficiency.
- Maintaining a professional and polite attitude.
- Adhering to all relevant processes and procedures during audits.
- Completing any additional duties as required.
Skills and Expertise:
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene (preferred).
- Experience in a similar warehouse role (preferred).
