About the Role:
Are you a dedicated and experienced driver looking for a varied role within a local delivery team? This 3.5T delivery driver position offers opportunities to build customer relationships and ensure timely deliveries. The role is essential for maintaining efficient service and keeping customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive 3.5T vehicles to deliver products to customer locations.
- Load and unload stock at the branch and customer premises.
- Ensure accurate completion of delivery paperwork.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach to all customers.
- Drive safely and adhere to all traffic regulations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Valid Cat B / 3.5T driving licence.
- Minimum two years experience of driving experience.
- Previous experience in delivery driving (preferred).
- Ability to handle manual deliveries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
