Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Assess student progress and tailor teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.
- Ensure all teaching and marking responsibilities are completed consistently throughout the duration of any placement.
Skills and Expertise:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Experience in primary education.
- Proven ability to plan, mark, and teach during extended placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Driving license (preferred for varied school locations).
- Adaptability and flexibility in teaching diverse student groups.
