About the Role:

This role requires an experienced Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of a thriving private domiciliary care office, focusing on client satisfaction and regulatory compliance within Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-quality private domiciliary care service development with senior management.
  • Manage regulated activity as Registered Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with regulators, legislation, and company standards.
  • Promote person-centered care and service excellence.
  • Manage client acquisition, from initial contact to conversion.
  • Conduct planning and risk assessments.
  • Operate and improve quality control systems and perform client quality assurance visits.
  • Review and improve processes.
  • Manage complaints, incidents, and investigations to drive improvements.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to relevant bodies.
  • Build local community awareness and network through digital media.
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional client service, managing workloads and safe staffing levels.
  • Manage HR processes, including recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions with guidance from the HR Provider.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience as a Care Manager with recent domiciliary care experience.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • CQC registration.
  • Proven leadership, training, and management experience in delivering high-quality domiciliary care.
  • Strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport.
