About the Role:
This role requires an experienced Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of a thriving private domiciliary care office, focusing on client satisfaction and regulatory compliance within Greater Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-quality private domiciliary care service development with senior management.
- Manage regulated activity as Registered Manager.
- Ensure compliance with regulators, legislation, and company standards.
- Promote person-centered care and service excellence.
- Manage client acquisition, from initial contact to conversion.
- Conduct planning and risk assessments.
- Operate and improve quality control systems and perform client quality assurance visits.
- Review and improve processes.
- Manage complaints, incidents, and investigations to drive improvements.
- Prepare and submit required reports to relevant bodies.
- Build local community awareness and network through digital media.
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional client service, managing workloads and safe staffing levels.
- Manage HR processes, including recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions with guidance from the HR Provider.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Care Manager with recent domiciliary care experience.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- CQC registration.
- Proven leadership, training, and management experience in delivering high-quality domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.

- Salary of 40,000 per annum.
