About the Role:
The Early Careers team seeks a Business Support Coordinator to join their team. This crucial role is vital in enabling the successful delivery of Early Careers programmes and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize welcome webinars and line manager briefings for new starters.
- Support the organization and logistics of new start inductions.
- Organize and manage forums/presentations for various programmes.
- Organize and take minutes of Steering group meetings with stakeholders.
- Manage the NSA Early Careers mailbox.
- Collate and manage performance feedback (12 weekly review).
- Organize meet and greets with mentors.
- Support the organisation of graduation events.
- Organize Early Careers face-to-face meetings.
- Liaise with EDF finance to support payment processing.
- Manage the Early Careers SharePoint.
- Support Early Careers Programme Leads in daily operational aspects.
- Organize and manage data collection (Reward & Recognition, Wellbeing).
- Provide high-quality communications to stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to improve processes using technology.
- Interest in nuclear energy, power generation, and technology.
- Desire to support people on their career journey.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Experience working with early careers or young people (desirable).
