About the Role:
Manage and support a team of childcare workers, ensuring the educational and social development of babies and young children up to five years old. Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment, helping children develop essential social and behavioral skills through engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support childcare workers.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Mentor and train staff on maintaining high care standards.
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
- Organize a balanced daily routine.
- Create stimulating learning environments.
- Develop individual learning plans for each child.
- Maintain a well-organized room and resources.
- Create displays reflecting children’s progress.
Skills and Expertise:
- Early Years qualification (Level 3 or higher).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in an early years setting.
- Excellent communication skills with children and adults.
