About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team in Bournemouth. You will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of babies and young children. This is a rewarding opportunity to nurture children’s growth in a stimulating and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care, including feeding, changing, and toilet training.
- Develop and lead engaging activities to promote learning and development (social, emotional, physical, and cognitive).
- Observe children’s development, identifying concerns, and supporting their progress.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and needs.
Skills and Expertise:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with children and parents.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
