About the Role:

Take ownership of warehouse operations, managing stock, loan kits, and leading a dedicated team in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse aspects including stock.
Manage warehouse employees, ensuring effective leadership, training, and motivation.
Monitor and manage stock levels using SAP, maintaining optimal PAR levels.
Prepare, pack, and ship demo and loan kits accurately and on time.
Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct training, and maintain compliance.
Assess and improve warehouse processes to boost productivity and reduce errors.
Manage supplier relationships, returns, and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on stock, performance, and team productivity.

Warehouse management experience with a proven track record of leadership.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Proficiency in SAP, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Experience working within the medical industry is advantageous but not essential.
