About the Role:
Assist a 34-year-old man with daily activities, enabling him to maintain an independent lifestyle. This role focuses on providing support with household tasks, paperwork, and social activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hygienic cleaning, changing bedding, and laundry assistance.
- Supporting with household paperwork, correspondence, and housing bids.
- Assisting with household recycling and day planning.
- Providing social support, including clothes shopping, visiting friends, dining out, and banking.
- Accompanying the employer to the gym.
- Ensuring a hygienic and safe home environment.
- Managing the employer’s health risks.
- Maintaining effective communication and confidentiality.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in providing personal care.
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Good sense of humor and patience.
- Understanding of and ability to meet the employer’s needs.
- Ability to undertake domestic activities.
- Flexible, reliable, and honest character.
- Good general fitness.
