About the Role:
Join our dynamic Haven team at Reighton Sands holiday park near the beach in Filey. We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Fast Food Team Members to contribute to our takeaway service in a fast-paced, fun environment. Your role will focus on preparing and serving delicious food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions.
- Prepare and assemble food, adhering to brand recipes and quality standards.
- Pack and serve orders efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle transactions.
- Maintain a clean and stocked workspace, following food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in fast food, quick service restaurants, or retail (appreciated but not essential). Full training provided.
- Excellent customer service skills, including being friendly, approachable, and helpful.
- Familiarity with basic food preparation.
- Attention to detail, particularly when handling food orders and cash transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
